Responsibilities

• Promotes, sells, and cross-sells Credit Union products to members.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee selection, onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluation of Loan Department staff.
• Develops schedules and manages departmental timecards.
• Oversee loan file vault, processes, organization, and record retention.
• Coordinate changes to loan processing procedures, systems, and programs.
• Lead implementation of new loan programs and regulations; train staff.
