Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a dedicated team member.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit checks, background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Originates consumer loans and grows loan portfolio.
• Evaluates customer needs to propose best loan solutions.
• Completes loan applications and follows up with applicants.
• Explains the loan process and answers questions about loan products.
• Assists Branch Manager with daily operational tasks and supports staff.
• Closes loans, assembles folders, and maintains files.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals and handles servicing of a growing portfolio.
• Maintains compliance with policies and procedures.
