Responsibilities

• Achieve operational performance aligned with Card Operations goals and monitor productivity.
• Supervise workflow, direct staff, address issues with vendors and management.
• Research and resolve escalated member complaints and authorize corrections.
• Evaluate department processes and recommend improvements or changes.
• Coordinate record retention and ensure procedures are documented and compliant.
• Assist Card Operations Manager to plan, organize, train, and motivate staff.
