Job summary

Community First Credit Union seeks an AVP of Consumer Loan Operations to lead underwriting, processing, and compliance for consumer and indirect lending. You will oversee origination channels—branches, online, and phone—while driving efficient documentation, funding, and dealer relationships to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related experience including leadership in consumer lending, underwriting, or lending operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze underwriting policies to ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Oversee day-to-day consumer loan operations and lead staff with coaching and guidance.
• Develop and monitor lending policies, products, and department budgets.
• Assess feasibility of new lending products and expansion of programs.
• Prepare regular loan reports and communicate performance across the team.
• Maintain knowledge of market rates, terms, and trends in consumer lending.
