Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Senior Consumer Insights Manager to ensure the voice of the consumer informs marketing decisions across innovation, brand strategy, positioning, consumer communication, and targeting. This role reports to the Vice President of Consumer Insights and leads the development of insights on the business and portfolio impact of launches.

The position requires owning the insights agenda, collaborating with Brand Marketing, Innovation and Commercial teams, and driving growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of consumer market research experience, incl. study design and application in CPG.
• Travel 10–15% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own the insights agenda and translate findings into strategic implications.
• Lead and co‑chair complex strategic discussions with cross‑functional teams.
• Integrate multiple research tools to design and manage studies.
• Identify growth opportunities and inform brand actions.
• Present consumer insights to senior management with actionable recommendations.
