Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a motivated storyteller to join the Insights & Analytics Team in Rogers, AR. The role translates analytics into strategies that optimize trademark performance, operations, and shopper engagement for decision-making.

You will build insights with cross-functional teams, develop integrated consumer and marketplace trends, and create reporting systems to track sales performance and inventory. A demonstrated bias for action and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with sales analytics.
• Experience with Walmart/Sam’s Club buying teams highly valued.
• Syndicated data knowledge (Circana/Nielsen), space planning software (JDA), and Panel data experience (Numerator) highly valued.
• Experience with Walmart Scintilla & Sam’s Club MADRID highly valued.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, presentation and follow-through.
• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data resources and insights to build stories that contribute to revenue growth and strategic objectives.
• Assist in developing integrated consumer, shopper, category, and marketplace insights for strategic choices.
• Analyze shelving, assortment, pricing, and merchandising to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain performance management routines, reporting cadences, macro performance assessments, and opportunity gap analyses.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to connect business opportunities and develop solutions.
• Develop a reporting and scorecard system delivering sales and operation metrics (dollar/unit growth, rankings, OOS, inventory, OPD).
• Engage with Sam’s Club business workflows and internal meetings on projects.
• Elevate insights from “what happened” to “why it matters” and “what should we do next.”
