Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager to accelerate the performance of a flagship brand. Based at the Frisco, Texas headquarters, this high-impact role requires cross-functional leadership and ownership of major brand initiatives.

Travel 10–15% and relocation to the Greater Dallas area are required. You’ll lead strategies, monitor performance, and partner across Insights, R&D, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 4–6 years of brand marketing or brand management experience, ideally within a Fortune 500 CPG company.
• Demonstrated experience owning cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong analytical capability with comfort interpreting consumer, financial, and market data.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presence and ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies grounded in consumer insights.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of annual and multi-year brand strategies using consumer insights, category trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Own business performance monitoring, diagnosing drivers across consumption, shipments, pricing, and media performance.
• Translate brand strategy into actionable, integrated annual operating plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives (innovation, communications, programs, packaging updates) with limited supervision.
• Serve as day-to-day lead with agency partners, elevating creative excellence and media effectiveness.
• Partner with shopper marketing, sales, and commercial teams to activate brand programs across key retailers.
• Leverage consumer research, syndicated data, KPI tracking, and financial modeling for data-backed recommendations.
• Develop optimization plans based on ROI, media effectiveness, pricing, and competitive actions.
