Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with sales/bank operations and building, leading, managing and coaching a team; in lieu of this requirement, completed Bank of America Academy-led Market Leadership Development Program
• Proven ability to identify solutions for clients based on their needs and resolve problems independently or with others as needed
• Experience collaborating across teams to drive client experiences and operational excellence
