Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to handle cash and cash transactions
• Ability to use a computer and monitor
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions
• Conduct outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones
• Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households
• Educate customers on Regions consumer and business products including loans, deposits, annuities and life insurance
• Promote Regions digital banking offerings (mobile, online, ATM)
• Provide a consistent exceptional customer experience and assist with daily branch duties
• Own and resolve customer issues and refer complex goals to internal experts
• Support team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers
• Follow bank processes and manage risks in compliance with laws and regulations
