Job summary

You’ll drive customer-centric conversations, guide clients through Regions’ products, and collaborate with the branch team.

Qualifications

• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch and individual targets by identifying customer needs for Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships with Preferred Banking households.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ products and services including loans, deposits, annuities and life insurance.
• Promotes digital banking features (mobile, online, ATM) to customers.
• Ensures smooth branch operations and quality customer experience.
• Resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to experts.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
• Follows bank procedures and manages operational risk.
