You will pursue and deepen relationships with Preferred Banking Households, including wealth and lending solutions.

The position emphasizes strong communication, sales, and service skills with an incentive-eligible structure and adherence to banking regulations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• NMLS/ Life Insurance licensing within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions products and services, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Promotes Regions digital offerings (mobile, online, ATM).
• Ensures a high-quality customer experience and handles day-to-day branch duties.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
• Adheres to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
