Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years banking, sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and cash transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• NMLS registration must be obtained.
• Life Insurance license within 120 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to determine financial needs and offer Regions products.
• Achieve individual and branch targets by expanding relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to deepen Preferred Banking Households.
• Educate customers on loan, deposit, investments, and digital banking.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Partner with Branch Team as primary relationship manager for portfolios.
• Adhere to bank policies and manage operational risk.
