Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of field construction experience.
• Experience with large commercial projects (healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance on the project and lead safety meetings.
• Develop and manage the QA/QC plan and perform quality walks.
• Prepare and review project schedules and look-aheads.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage labor time, reports, and costs.
• Maintain project documentation and client communications.
