Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience on large commercial projects required.
• Procore and Primavera P6 experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures and promotes safety on the project and maintains OSHA compliance.
• Oversees field operations and coordinates with subcontractors and the project team.
• Maintains and updates the master project schedule and reports progress to the Jobsite Project Manager.
• Develops and enforces QA/QC procedures to meet contract specifications.
• Monitors cost implications and manages budget with the Project Manager and General Superintendent.
• Produces daily reports and communicates project status to stakeholders.
