Job summary

Reports to the Jobsite Project Manager and collaborates with engineers, architects, and owners to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability. Requires extensive construction experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of field experience in construction (commercial preferred).
• Experience with large projects including healthcare, education, or corporate campuses is desired.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety and ensures OSHA compliance on site.
• Develops and implements site safety plans and incident response procedures.
• Oversees QA/QC program, quality walks, and subcontractor workmanship.
