Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Superintendent for our San Diego, CA project team. You will lead safety, QA/QC, scheduling, and field operations across a large commercial site.

The ideal candidate has eight+ years in construction, strong Excel and Procore skills, and a proven ability to coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field (desirable).
• Minimum of eight years of experience in construction, preferably on large commercial projects.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety and ensures OSHA compliance on the project.
• Develops and implements jobsite safety plans and incident response procedures.
• Oversees QA/QC programs, conducts quality walks, and reviews subcontractor as-built documents.
• Creates and manages master project schedules and look-ahead schedules.
• Leads weekly coordination meetings and communicates schedule impacts to stakeholders.
• Manages field operations, labor, and subcontractor performance, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
