Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum eight years of field construction experience.
• Experience with large commercial projects and multiple subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations for medium- to large-scale projects with safety focus.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost reports.
• Manage subcontractors and labor relations.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety compliance on site.
• Prepare daily reports and project documentation.
• Communicate project status to management and client.
