Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in the field or related area.
• Experience with large commercial projects and multi-subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations for medium- to large-scale projects.
• Lead safety programs, daily safety walks, and compliance with OSHA.
• Manage QA/QC, schedules, and reports; liaise with Project Manager and subs.
• Develop jobsite plans, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety.
