Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC for the project.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and custody; manages meetings.
• Creates and updates project schedule with Project Manager.
