Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically, 10 years managing complex construction projects.
• LEED AP and/or GA preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Enforces on-site safety per Webcor policy.
• Identifies and escalates issues to resolve with clients and subs.
• Manages and publishes the project schedule regularly.
• Leads and mentors team; provides timely feedback.
• Analyzes buyout, savings, contingencies; aligns with schedule.
• Negotiates subcontracts, PO agreements, and cost budgets.
• Manages document control for RFIs, changes, permits and drawings.
• Prepares cost reports; communicates risk to senior management.
• Controls project budget and forecasts; negotiates pricing.
• Maintains a delay log; coordinates with Construction Manager.
• Develops and implements QA/QC and Punch List program.
• Participates in pursuits as required.
• Reviews project staff resource plan; updates workforce tool.
