Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management.
• Eight years of experience managing complex construction projects.
• OSHA 10 certification required; LEED AP and/or GA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety on job site and enforces Webcor’s safety policy.
• Manage, coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors and personnel to meet schedule and budget.
• Oversee cost reports, budgets, billing processes and risk projections.
• Manage document control for RFIs, submittals, change orders and drawings.
• Lead, develop and mentor junior staff and foster team morale.
• Assist in client management activities as required.
