Job summary

Enclave in the Twin Cities, MN seeks a Construction Superintendent to oversee large, complex projects from preconstruction to client handover. You will drive safety, quality, scheduling, and budget controls while leading field teams and coordinating with subcontractors and clients.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in CM or related field, 6+ years in construction management, OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver's license. SWPPP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 6+ years of construction management or related experience.
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large, complex projects or multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, scheduling, staffing, and field staff development.
• Coordinate across project teams and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Drive preconstruction planning, site logistics, and risk mitigation.
• Manage project budgets and provide financial oversight to leadership.
• Lead post-construction activities including client handover and warranty support.
