Job summary

Enclave in Twin Cities, MN is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale projects, from scheduling to client handover. You will lead field teams, manage budgets, enforce safety and quality, and drive risk mitigation while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management and 6+ years of PM experience; OSHA 10/30 and CPR/First Aid are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required/preferred.
• 6+ years of construction management experience.
• OSHA 10/30 and CPR/First Aid certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large, complex projects or multiple projects, managing safety, quality, scheduling and staffing.
• Develop and implement initial project schedules and manage site logistics to meet milestones.
• Lead project oversight, approve documentation, resolve escalated issues with subs, clients and regulators.
• Drive cost management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across projects.
• Mentor field supervision staff and foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
