Job summary

BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead projects in Central Minnesota from planning through completion.

The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality workmanship. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 5+ years in construction management, 3+ years in commercial construction, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or similar is preferred.
• OSHA30 certification required or equivalent.
• Experience with Procore and MS Project is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety and enforce the Safety Program.
• Lead on large-scale commercial projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with project team, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage scheduling, budgets, and QA/QC to meet project goals.
• Review plans and submittals to ensure alignment with contract specs.
