Job summary

Enclave in Saint Louis Park, MN is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead portions of on-site construction projects. You will oversee safety, scheduling, materials coordination, and ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.

A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field) and 4+ years of construction management experience are required. Reading layouts, plans, and shop drawings is essential; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CM software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in construction management or related occupation.
• Experience in construction layout, plan, and shop drawing readings.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience and construction management software programs.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust project schedules, coordinating across all trades and phases.
• Manage site logistics, including access, material storage, deliveries and equipment.
• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractor work and maintain site documentation, including RFIs, daily reports, and safety records.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and material ordering.
• Oversee punch list completion and final project inspections.
• Lead project coordination meetings and facilitate issue resolution.
• Track and report on costs, including labor and materials.
• Serve as the primary contact for project communication and stakeholder management.
• Manage the preparation of final as-builts and closeout documentation.
• Conduct safety orientations and training for site personnel.
