Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion in the Minneapolis area. The role requires strong leadership, technical excellence, and a relentless drive for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will lead field operations, coordinate all jobsite activities, and mentor junior staff while maintaining schedule adherence, budget control, and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate all aspects of jobsite activity, including subcontractors, materials, inspections, and permitting.
• Enforce and champion health and safety best practices.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and internal leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior field staff.
