Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent I to manage multiple construction projects in Minnesota. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, along with a minimum of 15 years of construction experience and 10 years in a supervisory capacity.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and teams to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards while maintaining relationships with all site visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%.
