Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Superintendent in Menlo Park, CA to coordinate field operations on medium- to large-scale projects. You will lead safety, QA/QC, and scheduling efforts, with direct reporting to the Jobsite Project Manager or General Superintendent.

The role requires extensive field experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining client satisfaction and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in the field or related area.
• Experience managing large commercial projects.
• Ability to supervise multiple subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of scheduling, estimating and cost priniciples.

Responsibilities

• Ensures and promotes safety on the project and compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Develops jobsite safety plan and incident response procedures.
• Manages QA/QC documentation and processes.
• Creates and manages the master project schedule.
• Leads safety, coordination and subcontractor meetings.
• Maintains project records and daily construction reports.
• Oversees subcontractor coordination and QA/QC walks.
