Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in these or related functions.
• Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid Driver's License in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Inspects each home under construction to ensure work matches plans and communicates issues.
• Maintains job site cleanliness, safety and SWPPP standards.
• Continually expands construction knowledge and code understanding.
• Verifies pre-construction expectations using manuals and checklists.
• Schedules and oversees municipal and internal quality inspections.
• Ensures on-time delivery and 100% completion at closing.
• Updates BuildPro with progress, approvals, and subcontractor activity.
