Qualifications

• Vocational certification or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in related functions required.
• Must be proficient with PCs and Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Inspects each home under construction to ensure plans are followed and communicates issues.
• Ensures job site cleanliness, safety, and SWPPP standards are met.
• Grows construction knowledge and understands codes, blueprints, and contracts.
• Coordinates pre-construction meetings using manuals and checklists.
• Schedules and oversees municipal and internal quality inspections.
• Updates BuildPro daily with subcontractor work and schedules.
