Responsibilities

• Inspects each home under construction to ensure work meets plan specifications.
• Maintains job site safety and SWPPP standards.
• Grows construction knowledge, codes, blueprints, and insurance requirements.
• Facilitates pre-construction meetings with homeowners and teams.
• Schedules and oversees quality inspections and approvals.
• Updates BuildPro with progress, subcontractor work, and schedules.
