Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead the sale of skilled trades staffing services across the Tampa/Orlando territory. You’ll manage B2B client relationships, prospect new business, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, working both in the field and from a home office.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, CRM-driven activity, and proactive problem-solving to meet and exceed targets, with a strong base salary and commission potential.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in skilled trades staffing outside sales.
• Proven B2B sales and client management in construction.
• Experience managing an annual sales portfolio of at least $2M.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and managing detailed client information.
• Excellent negotiation and rapport-building skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new customer accounts to boost revenue.
• Prospect new business, manage pipeline and sales funnel, track activity in CRM.
• Cultivate relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
• Utilize outside and inside sales techniques to drive growth.
• Drive quarter-over-quarter growth and profitability, surpassing targets.
• Resolve inquiries and maintain engagement with proactive follow-ups.
