SST Direct is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead skilled trades staffing sales across the Melbourne, FL region. You will cultivate B2B client relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and drive revenue through strategic prospecting and service expansion.

In this high-earning role, you’ll combine field presence with home-office work, leverage CRM tools, and negotiate contracts to achieve target growth while delivering superior workforce solutions to contractors and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in skilled trades staffing outside sales.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client management within construction.
• Experience managing an annual sales portfolio of at least $2M.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and managing detailed client information.
• Exceptional negotiation and rapport-building skills.
• Highly responsive and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.

Superior Skilled Trades is adding experienced skilled trades / construction staffing sales individuals to our team!Accelerate your sales career in this high-earning sales position as a Senior Account Manager.Continue to sell construction / skilled trades staffing services and workforce solutions throughout your territory and manage B2B client relationships. The role requires superior skills in prospecting new business, managing a sales pipeline, and relationship building.

• Base Salary:$75,000-95,000/yr DOE
• Commission:average total compensation packages (base + commission) range from $150,000-300,000+/yr

Core Responsibilities
