Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive sales of construction staffing services across a defined territory. You will manage B2B client relationships, prospect new business, and oversee a robust sales pipeline to maximize revenue.

The role combines field work with time in a home office, offering a base salary of 75k–95k per year plus commissions averaging 150k–300k+ total compensation. Prior focus on skilled trades staffing is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in skilled trades staffing outside sales.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and client management within construction.
• Experience managing an annual sales portfolio of at least $2M.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and maintaining detailed client information.
• Excellent negotiation and rapport-building skills.
• Highly responsive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Strategically generate and develop new customer accounts to boost revenue.
• Prospect new business, manage a pipeline and sales funnel, and track activity using HubSpot.
• Cultivate strong relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
• Utilize both outside and inside sales techniques.
• Drive quarter-over-quarter growth and profitability, surpassing targets.
• Resolve customer inquiries and maintain engagement through proactive follow-ups.
