Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to ensure smooth fulfillment after design. The role requires supervising HVAC/mechanical and commercial construction, coordinating with a team, and traveling to job sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in construction project management, and the ability to manage safety programs and project documentation from pre-construction through commissioning and warranties.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willing to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract Activities: Review project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings; assist with pre-construction walkthroughs and subcontractor selection.
• Construction: Develop construction schedule and manage subs to hit milestones; administer safety program; lead construction review meetings; coordinate start-ups and warranties.
• Post Construction: Address project issues; help resolve warranty issues; develop O&M manuals and as-builts.
