The on-site superintendent leads a team, coordinates with staff and subcontractors, and travels to job sites as needed to keep projects on schedule. The position emphasizes site supervision, safety practices, and coordination across engineering, design, and construction

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract Activities: Review project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings.
• Assist with pre-construction walkthroughs and subcontractor selection.
• Construction: Develop construction schedule and manage subs to hit milestones; administer safety program; lead meetings.
• Post Construction: Address project issues; help resolve warranty issues; develop O&M manuals.
