Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 is seeking a Superintendent to provide overall administrative and technical management at the construction project site. This role will manage all on-site construction activities including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants, and will administer the jobsite safety program and quality management.

The Superintendent will supervise the project team, coordinate schedule milestones, track budgets, ensure contract compliance, and interface with clients,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management with 5+ years of experience.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• CSL preferred; CPM scheduling knowledge.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate safety, quality program, and subcontract language.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise construction effort to ensure project is built per plans and specs.
• Develop and manage site safety plans and quality plans (SSQP).
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and supplies for self-perform operations.
• Manage project budget requirements and cost-to-complete.
• Track progress against schedule and communicate weekly with subcontractors.
• Interface with client representatives, A-E representatives, other contractors, and officials.
• Lead daily stand-up and weekly foreman meetings; ensure material delivery log accuracy.
