Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an onsite Superintendent in Boston to provide comprehensive site management. You will oversee all on-site construction activities, self-perform work, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and supervise safety, quality, and schedule coordination.

You will develop site safety plans, verify subcontractor insurance, and manage materials, equipment, and manpower to meet milestones while maintaining contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management with at least 5 years of experience.
• Understanding of building plans and specs.
• OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate/industry safety standards.
• Working knowledge of CPM schedule and cost reports.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise on-site construction activities including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project.
• Verify subcontractor insurance and enforce contract requirements.
• Provide technical assistance on the project and interpret drawings.
• Manage project budget, track costs, and coordinate schedule milestones.
• Lead daily stand-ups and weekly foreman meetings; ensure milestone adherence.
• Interface with client representatives and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
