Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Project Superintendent to provide overall administrative and technical management of large, complex on-site construction projects.

You will lead self-perform work and subcontractors, oversee safety, scheduling, cost control, and quality, while developing team members through regular reviews and performance feedback. The role requires 5–10 years in a Superintendent position, OSHA 30, and familiarity with CPM scheduling.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Superintendent role.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Supervisors License or equivalent (local code knowledge) preferred.
• Working knowledge of CPM schedule and cost reports.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise construction effort to ensure the project is built per plans and specs.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and milestones; lead weekly progress and foreman meetings.
• Interface professionally with client representatives, design professionals, and contractors.
