Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Superintendent role.
• OSHA 30 Hour training required.
• Supervisors License or equivalent in preferred location.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate safety and quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise on-site construction activities with self-perform labor, subcontractors and consultants.
• Manage project budget, develop budgets and monthly cost to complete.
• Track progress against baseline schedule and critical path dates.
• Interface with client representatives and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Lead weekly foreman meetings and coordinate daily stand-ups.
