Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 seeks an on-site Superintendent to lead field operations at construction sites. You will oversee all on-site activities, including self-perform work, subcontractors, and consultants, while enforcing safety programs and quality controls.

You will manage schedule milestones, budgets, and coordination with clients and officials, ensuring conformance with contract plans and specifications, and developing efficient construction methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management with at least 5 years of field experience.
• Understands building plans and specifications.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• CSL preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate/industry safety standards.
• Working knowledge of CPM schedules and cost/labor reports.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer site safety program and maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage on-site activities, subcontractors, and self-perform labor.
• Develop and manage the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP).
• Control project schedule, milestones, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for self-perform work.
• Interface professionally with client representatives and authorities.
