Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Field Superintendent to provide overall admin and technical management at the construction project site.

You will supervise on-site activities, manage self-perform work, subcontractors, and consultants, and lead safety, quality, and schedule coordination. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management with at least 5 years of experience, OSHA 10/30 as preferred, CPM scheduling knowledge, and strong leadership for project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management with minimum 5 years of construction field experience.
• Ability to read building plans and specs; CSL and OSHA certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with CPM scheduling, cost reporting, and quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities including self-perform work, subs and consultants.
• Administer jobsite safety program and ensure a safe work environment.
• Develop and implement a site safety plan for each project.
• Verify subcontractor insurance and subcontract documents prior to site work.
• Act as OSHA competent person for relevant tasks and coordinate field changes.
• Lead scheduling and progress tracking to meet milestones.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with contract plans and specs.
• Interface with client reps, contractors, and building officials professionally.
• Prepare budgets, track costs, and manage T&M processes and change orders.
• Supervise foremen, superintendents-in-training, and project engineers.
