Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational/technical degree or equivalent.
• 14 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction personnel on large sites or full projects.
• Ensure work matches construction plans and timelines.
• Identify deficiencies and review contract terms.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and review their work.
• Document issues, cost overruns, and risks; prepare reports.
• Maintain daily activity logs and communicate with leadership.
• Escalate issues to design staff and close resolutions with project leadership.
