Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees to support project workload and growth.
• Retain top talent and support employees’ career journeys.
• Mentor junior staff and develop them for future growth.
• Manage a team of ~25 staff and ensure delivery quality.
• Oversee budget and financial performance for the team.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop proposals and respond to RFPs.
