Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate/HS with construction management or related experience.
• Strong reading of construction documents and specs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel; basic software skills.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations including safety, quality, schedule and contracts.
• Coordinate with client relations and project management teams.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with PM input.
• Ensure contractor work meets drawings and specifications.
• Maintain on-site records per quality and document control rules.
• Meet project schedule and communicate clearly with clients.
• Monitor construction schedules with the Construction Manager.
