Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and oversees construction management activities on small to medium size construction projects.
• May direct the day-to-day activities of construction representatives and coordinators.
• Becomes familiar with project contract documents to coordinate and control activities including CPM, scheduling and claims administration.
• Interprets plans and specifications for clients, contractors, and field personnel.
• Identifies and communicates project deficiencies, expected cost overruns, materials issues and risks.
• Prepares related reports (e.g., monthly progress reports).
• Maintains daily report of construction activities.
