Job summary

Turner Construction Company in San Francisco, CA seeks an Experienced Scheduling Leader to oversee the Planning & Scheduling group on a major construction project with a sub-project hierarchy.

The role directs CPM baseline schedule reviews, risk identification, and reporting, collaborating with project leadership and external consultants to ensure alignment with contract requirements and owner expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field.
• 12+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Scheduling certification desired (AACE/PSP/PMI-SP).
• Extensive knowledge of building construction, materials and trade practices.
• Strong ability to lead, analyze, and manage scheduling risks and claims.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling program for a major/large construction project with sub-project hierarchy.
• Review CPM baseline schedules for integration of sub-projects.
• Communicate execution plan and conduct schedule reviews with stakeholders.
• Engage clients as Scheduling subject matter expert to align with owner standards.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, VDC to reflect execution plan in schedule.
• Lead and mentor Planning & Scheduling group, participate in hiring and performance feedback.
