Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Scheduling Lead to oversee the Scheduling team on multi-project construction programs. You will develop baselines, track progress, and coordinate with departments to ensure alignment with the project plan.

The role requires expertise in CPM, Primavera P6, and 4D BIM integration, with a focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement in scheduling practices. On-site work on Shelton projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, building construction, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience on large construction projects (>$100m) and supervising scheduling staff.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, critical path, and baseline development.
• Ability to interpret contracts and schedules to build and update plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling activities and supervise the Scheduling group across projects.
• Develop CPM baselines, monitor progress, and issue forecasts.
• Prepare and review detailed and summary schedules regularly.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, and Construction to align schedules.
• Integrate BIM/4D with scheduling and apply Last Planner System where appropriate.
• Provide training on scheduling tools and best practices to staff.
