Job summary

Turner in Shelton, CT seeks an Experienced Scheduling Manager to oversee the Scheduling group across one or more construction projects. You will develop CPM baselines, track progress, and drive early risk mitigation while coordinating with design, procurement, and construction teams.

You will lead multi-project scheduling efforts, integrate BIM/4D tools, and provide dashboards and reports to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Large construction project experience (>$100M).
• Scheduling certifications (AACE PSP PMI-SP) preferred.
• Experience in supervisory roles within construction project engineering.
• Proficient in reading contracts, drawings, and specifications to build schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project scheduling activities for multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain CPM baseline schedules and 4D BIM integration.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and communicate plans and risks.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction, Procurement, Construction, and BD teams.
• Present scheduling dashboards at ORM sessions and client reviews.
