Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support regional projects in the Kansas City area. You will help field teams align schedules with Ryan's standards and review timelines across projects.

You will lead pull planning sessions, monitor schedule health, mentor teams, and collaborate with developers, designers, pre-construction, project managers and field managers. Travel up to 50% is expected. Strong MS Project and Primavera skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in the construction industry with at least 5 years in planning/scheduling.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling principles and techniques.
• Fluent with MS Project; knowledge of Primavera (P6) a plus.
• Ability to train, mentor and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist and grow regional field teams with scheduling standards and MS Project usage.
• Create and review project schedules during proposals.
• Ensure schedules are updated frequently across project teams.
• Develop and monitor monthly project schedule health reports.
• Facilitate Pull Planning sessions in regional offices or jobsite locations.
• Lead preconstruction planning sessions with stakeholders to optimize sequencing, manpower and durations.
• Capture and analyze schedule data to support continuous improvement.
